22 Feb Changes Are Happening
Ch-ch-ch-changes! We’ve been busy with several private and commercial projects and we know it’s been a while since we last checked in with you beautiful readers. During our little digital hiatus, a lot has changed as our business continues to evolve and grow. Recently, we took the time to think about our blog stories and we’ve decided to focus more attention on Grace Home Design specifically – our projects, our process, and our dedicated three-person team. So stay tuned for more stories with our monthly blog posts!
Our gutsy leader, Jennifer Visosky, has been busy designing and building her family’s new home. Her team includes the brilliant architecture firm, PLAAD, and the outstanding men at Jackson Hole Contracting. With over 13 years in the design industry, Jen has focused on choosing finishes that speak to her style and vision for her family. It’s going to be a beautiful and inspiring space. She can’t wait to share the finished project!
BABY ON BOARD!
There is going to be another addition to the GHD family this spring and no, it’s not another office dog. Jenny May Shervin is pregnant with a little sister for her son, Niko, and we couldn’t be more excited for her family. It has been entertaining in the office with Jenny’s hot flashes and cravings (Kate and Jen have been especially enjoying the candy cravings). Jenny’s husband, Danny, can’t wait to welcome a baby girl to the family while Puddles (their pug) is still wrapping his head around having another baby in the house. Just like her work in the office and her skills on the tennis court, Jenny has been handling this second pregnancy like a champ and we look forward to meeting the newest Shervin!
In early September, Kate married her pal and partner in crime, Mike Swanson. The wedding took place at Trail Creek Ranch in Wilson, WY and it was filled with good food, lots of live music and friends and family from near and far. Kate and Mike met six years ago while working together and became fast friends. When they started playing music together at the Hootenanny (an open mic night at Dornan’s in Moose, WY), Mike was able to break free of the friend zone and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Kate and Mike recently returned from their honeymoon in New Zealand and they are settling into married life in Wilson.
